so true!! I’ve only ever really interacted with people on discord because of the small community aspect (the insane amount of negativity and hate on twitter put me off posting anything and I just used it to follow creators/devs)

there def are bots here, but you can subscribe to a label that adds them to suspected bot accounts! I will probably make a thread of stuff like that to help all the new peeps out!

Twitter was too vast. Social Media should, and should’ve stayed, more about community and groups you like, and would actually hang around instead of forcing you into bubbles you don’t feel free around.

Aside from my obvious big engagement post, i really am not one to post engagement stuff. even on the old site, I would just post stuff i like, & nobody seemed to like the same stuff as me or I'd have trolls respond. I stopped interacting on twitter for years bc of that. It's hard relearning
