This is fascinating (especially cfd to low extraversion of dog groomers?!!). It made me immediately question recruitment bias and our industry’s infatuation with hiring people ‘like me’ as a possible flaw with methodology.

As an ex-journo PR, it absolutely has me - did a Big 5 Self Assessment in 2002 as part of my OUBS MBA elective Creativity, Innovation & Change and these came out as high scores.
Also done Myers-Briggs & Belbin Team Roles assessments. If you know yourself, no big surprises.
