What if folks write to states AG, accusing trump of crimes in office. In each state, the Supreme Court of trump failure of the 13th and the Believe 14th Amendment could the States supreme courts petition SCOTUS to intervene, as it appears Congress is failing its responsibility to the constitution? 2

The problem with political representation is that there is zero obligation for politicians to represent anyone but themselves.

The whole concept has been inherently authoritarian since day one.

Political representation is obsolete. We need to normalize self-representation.

Free speech is for the people, not the government.

Applying for ballot access should require an oath that becomes grounds for perjury charges if the candidate or official can be shown to have deliberately misled their constituents, including in any public statements they make.

We need recall measures by which a vote can be triggered by demonstrating to a court that an official has engaged in certain behaviors, such as breaking their Oath of Office, reneging on campaign promises, or if convicted of felony.

We need ethics enforcement with less prosecutorial discretion.
