Planning time OFFLINE to recharge how you do is essential- do not monetize your mental health!
-planning a day OFF off once a week
-going on a date and taking NO pictures not a single one
-doing my hobbies like cooking, reading, yoga, playing a silly game
-connecting with friends and not taking a single fucking picture I mean this
Content planning! I schedule many of my posts ahead of time and have much prepped ahead of time. I often have filmed and ready a full month or more of content backlog and if needed can stop shooting and just post until my energy is right for performing.
