Important to remember that the Greenway was built only 25 years ago. It's younger than the average Minnesotan, by nearly a decade and a half.

This quality of infrastructure isn't uniquely possible in Minneapolis. Every community deserves a true AAaA bike grid spine.

ah, when I lived there, I loved bicycle commuting from St. Louis Park to the U's Minneapolis campus, taking the Greenway all the way to Hiawatha... thanks for posting the great photo.
