As I understand it – this was a toy drone. So basically a little Ukrainian psyop, and therefore no need to worry about the cat. Glory to Ukraine!

I don't think it was a toy drone.
But giving the number of cars, this was probably someone practicing in the rear, maybe even aware of the cat chasing drones and using it to play with him.

I mean the inferface looks like a regular FPV drone in service in the army.

I am not sure, but therefore I think they were just playing with a drone meant for combat.
