2/ The vessel tore and damaged cables between Sweden and Lithuania, Germany and Finland on November 17 and 18 while anchored about 160 km off the coast.

3/Investigators are investigating the incident and believe the vessel did it deliberately, as the captain was recruited by Russian intelligence services.

The Captain and the vessel's officers can spend 10 years in a Swedish prison. The vessel should be impounded and partially dismantled for inspection. China can tow it back home in a few years.

Aside from seizing the ships, banning the companies they belong to, imprisonment for the officers.. it would only make sense to force them to get 2 armed supervisors while on the area in and out. Imposing a new cost to them
