No I don not. I do support the idea of ''Nations of the willing'' being chaired by Ukraine. NATO just can't be trusted, has far to many russian appeasers. And a million other reasons why I don't support Ukraine's accession into NATO. It's not Ukraine, it's NATO 🙄
I did not see one comment on this thread that actually has any idea of the real geopolitics that is going on, just knee jerk emotional reactive stuff, that goes no-where, ignorance is always the problem.
Do it now. I wish that Ukraine was in NATO, they have more than proven themselves.Trade them for Hungary. Put the USA in a time out until they can get their shit together & elect a credible, intelligent & competent leader. Do not share intel w/Trump unless you want the highest bidder to get it.🤬
I agree with the sentiment of many. Without US, NATO is in crisis. They do not even know if they will support each other at this stage. UK and France need to extend nuclear umbrella, but there are not enough nukes.
How relevant is NATO now?
🇺🇦 is more reliable than the 🇺🇸, have the strongest army 🪖 in the 🌍, the best l.r. 🚀, the most advanced drone technology, border the 🇪🇺, have DELTA com. control: NATO NEEDS 🇺🇦 badly. And 🇺🇦 deserves NATO's unconditional support cause they are the most important protector of Europe of all time.
Absolutely yes. Fuck Trump and fuck my country🇺🇸if it doesn’t like it. ‘We the people’ are gonna be busy soon fighting a revolution on our soil⚖️ Do what you must to protect yourself, we’re unreliable at the moment via Republican fucking traitors and cowards, Now the Democratic Party.War is inevitable
This is NATO’s Alamo! Offer visa’s to 2 million global migrants to fight for Ukraine. They will fight for respect and freedom. Ask for oligarch support, this is an emerging market post war, you get perks and money back. Make Spartacus first Ukraine - Russian president! Take Putin billions after death
Yes absolutely - it greatly helps countries like Ireland to have anti imperialist countries join the union. The EU allows nations to exist without being crushed by aggressive neighbours. The EU and democracy will be greatly strengthened by the accession of Ukraine.
Yes, but to what extend is NATO still relevant? I feel it will be replaced by a European Defense Union. Including UK, Norway, Turkey and... Ukraine.
(and excluding Hungary and Slovakia for now)
Wouldn't dream of taking on the Russians without the Finns.
Reading about the Winterwar was pretty much what triggered my interest in military history.
I believe Turkey is crucial due to its control over access to the Black Sea, its strategic location bordering the Middle East, and its military strength. It is essential to keep Turkey on our side.
Was doubting about including them. They're even talking about joining the EU. But Canada is definitely not Europe and it could be tricky having to defend Canada against the US.
Yes as condition for business from America with Russia, and as Ukraine of 2014 without Crimea for security reasons.
Yes with a definition of security stronger than Budapest.
Yes as an end of fear of Putin's refusal of Nato at his borders, bc Nato so far weak in reaction towards Putin.
Yes arm 🇺🇦
I prefer Ukrania to join the EU and we build our european defense.... then steping up in the world as a new power in defense of democracies and free world on the planet, no matter where they are from

As a Canadian, I say this knowing we will be forgotten by Europe when the US decides to invade my homeland.
We fought and died in two WW’s to help you, we took Juno Beach and liberated Holland…..but it will be crickets when the US marches.
They have over a decade of experience in battle meaning they have more practical experience than even most American troops
How relevant is NATO now?
the sooner the better
Yes, yes & YES.
🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦
Why hasn't it been allowed yet?
I support security guarantees.
(and excluding Hungary and Slovakia for now)
Reading about the Winterwar was pretty much what triggered my interest in military history.
Why include Turkey when they do not share our democratic values?
Serbia indeed not an Belarus seemed obvious.
And if the US today has no qualms about siding with ruzzia, we shouldn’t brush off CAN in need of support.
You don't want to make promises you can't keep as an alliance.
There are problems, yes, but there seems to be a new will among allies to overcome them. In other times, less likely but now…
Yes with a definition of security stronger than Budapest.
Yes as an end of fear of Putin's refusal of Nato at his borders, bc Nato so far weak in reaction towards Putin.
