The EU is not very good at fighting fascism. They let Orban & PIS do what they want, the made sketchy deals with Erdogan and Meloni is also there in good standing.
Yes, and should join NATO, too. UK should return to the EU and they should be a strong block against RU and the new US regime. We are no longer allies with the democratic world.
Yes. But democracy must be restored first. Best wishes to people of Gergia in getting rid of pro-muskovy tyranny. Europe cannot make decisions for Georgian people but we must do more to spoil muskovite meddling.
Not sure. Political situation and geographic isolation are issues. Russia and Turkey likely won't be part of the EU, so Georgia would always be some sort of outpost.
They are trying to bar the opposition parties that have members that were part of Saakashviliβs United National Movement because, unlike the whitewash Saakashvili has, they were wholly corrupt & criminal when they had power. People donβt understand GD is the lesser evil over there in Georgia.
It's rather piquant to see aggressor and victim in same union.

The eastern border of the European continent is flexible after all.
Georgians look to the west. They should be accepted.
They have one of the oldest continuous civilizations on the planet. And they need us.
Turkey is definitely partially in and partially outside of europe. But Georgia is arguably entirely in or entirely out.

Why not? If it shares the same Values like Europe, it will be welcome.
Like Canada!

I've that doesn't indicate geographical borders.
Just fighting the corner for empire here.
EU don't need more Putin's voles.
