My new (gay) manage said, yeah go for it, about decorating the office for Pride in June (we like holiday decorations, haven't previously been able to buy Pride stuff but I damn well will this year) we also requested additional LGBTQ+ sensitivity training for the office (b/c of like, one person lmao)
