I don't buy that there's players that only play his system. Been enough successful teams that played 3 at the back and moved on to a different manager without imploding. It's absolute bollocks

It clearly won’t apply to all players. But if he’s saying his system won’t work with these players and he needs specialists then there’s every chance the next one will say the same 🤷🏼♂️
