And (if you want another reason) because once you have *one* law that says "trans women are men" (it's just to protect women's sport because we care so much about it, right?) you have a PRECEDENT that well, if we're men when we're doing sport, we must be men when we're peeing, or applying for ID

If sports were in weight classes like boxing is, it would even the playing field for everyone. Short men. Tall women. Once you sort by body size you largely equalize physical differences. And then have sports for humans instead of men’s sports and women’s sports.

I was a tackle in High School football. One time I tackled this little quarterback and broke some of his ribs. I weighed three times what he did. That wasn't right.
