If you’ve been thinking about checking out The Bay liquidation sale - don’t bother. I saw no evidence of the 40% off - just 15% which is nowhere near The Bay’s “regular” sales. They won’t let you access your Bay points & every escalator & elevator in Vancouver was out of service.
