For those who haven't listened to it or read reviews: the new Cure album is like "Disintegration II." I don't want to overstate it -- there's no songs as good as "Pictures of You" or "Love Song" on it -- but sonically/cosmically/mood-wise, it's the followup.

I don’t know who Cure is but this was me when Fall Out Boy dropped they’re latest album back in March 2023 (man time flies.) I zoomed home from work, laid down to listen, and cried at how good it was. It was all I played for like two weeks straight!

My phone hasn’t done that, but my wife keeps asking me that when I put the record on, like I did 15 minutes ago. And then my son when I play it in the car driving to soccer practice. And probably my dog when working from home, if he could talk.
