Tragically, this is equally true of the endorsement process.
Even among Progressives, a majority of people voting to endorse for committees/clubs/unions just back whoever has the most donation money among those who agree with them.
Well unfortunately Trump would throw anyone under the bus. He threw his supporters under the bus. Took campaign contributions and put it into his legal defense fund. He’s not been using his own money.
