I was inspired by @withenoughcoffee.com last night but planned poorly and forgot to preheat my Dutch oven so instead, I just made rectangle bread. Still tastes good though!

It was at 380F for about 25 minutes. Halfway through the bake the lid literally blew off though lol. My theories are I had way too much dough or the lid wasn't on all the way.
Ooh, I'll give that a try. Is there a specific bread recipe you like? I used to be big into sourdough but I feel like lately, I just don't have the mental to be responsible enough to maintain a starter.
