The ACLU has said they will ask the judge to bring them back, though it may not work since the judge has no authority over foreign nations. I've heard it MIGHT be possible to tell the US gov to stop paying El Salvador to host prisoners until their release.
Just to be clear, I'm pretty sure this was why Judge Boasberg came in so fast with a TRO in the first place, because it would be a lot harder to get them back than to just stop deporting them in the first place.
honestly at this point couldn't we all just "bribe" or outright pay for each person to be brought back? I fucking hate saying it like that, but seriously, those prison systems clearly speak in $$$ first and foremost. Can we crowdfund something with legal backing and arrange things somehow??
