Though it might cause autism in some people, our family has had it for many, many generations, long before all the vaccinations were common. There are probably many factors but genetics seems to be the biggest one. There is much to learn about all things in the brain. We will make progress.

Previous studies have found the genetic component is large, as is age of parents, gestational age and mother’s smoking status during pregnancy, among other factors.

It is critical that the study is done rigorously using valid design and analysis approaches (which some of the studies promoted by some on this topic have not done) and ethically, so the study has the potential to yield valid information on this question.

Even if they did (which studies show no association) I would much rather my child have Autism than suffer and die from a now preventable disease! I really hope we do not lose access to vaccines, so many unnecessary deaths without them 😞

How much more obvious can we say it? The rise in autism is due to better screening. It’s that simple. Medicine works in mysterious ways. NOT! We know what goes into vaccines. Republicans don’t because most of them just don’t read full articles. Only watch propoganda videos. But we know.
