My Mom was from Texas and she would stuff these yellowish green little peppers in a jar with vinegar & keep it in the fridge. She would use it on her greens, cabbage...I wish I knew what those peppers were, I haven't seen them since and greens and cabbage just doesn't taste the same. 🍽
