Exactly. The development of the talent is suspect. Outside of the OL acquisitions, Schneider has drafted well the past 3 years. Hence the Pete firing, his staff wasn’t developing the roster.

The coaching staff _has_ to be in sync with the acquiring staff.

If the coaching can't work with the players acquired, then *someone* has to go.

Positive, Kubiak has given healthy number of positional coaches a) he’s familiar with b) are familiar with the Kubiak side of the wide zone scheme.

Negative, this offense roster is built with more gap and inside zone personnel.

We’ll see which players didn’t meet Mike’s expectations soon enough.
