"Serving size: 1 piece" is reminding me of a tin of Pringles that claimed to have 2/3rds less fat right below the logo. I checked the nutrition info on the other side, and it was 2/3rds less serving.
Frying is cooking with oil, shallow frying normally means you use more than frying but not to completely submerge it. That being said I might be being a bit pedantic in all honesty, sorry
Hey fair enough. Lot of cooking has a lot of overlap for terminology. Got me looking at stuff I usually cook going "does that mean scrambled eggs are fried cuz I butter the pan a bit first? Are my quesadillas fried cuz I use a little oil to brown the tortilla?"

I'm no cook but doesn't frying usually imply at least enough oil to partially submerge it?
