My ancestors taught me to freeze my flour, refrigerate my butter, wash my eggs before I crack them, and never buy meat that is pre-seasoned.
I guess they prepared me for a country that doesn’t test the quality of milk…

Save time another way.
Washed eggs on a farm- not store bought
We aren’t safe without fda testing milk & food
I'd rather err on the side of caution but you do you.

Further, if US gov’t was so fragile it could be obliterated in a few months, we MUST build it back considerably less vulnerable next time. (Provided we have a chance!)
I will bet right now this is hardly showing up on Fox News, if at all.
But, a lot of them think drinking raw milk is healthy, so even if they did know, they might well be happy with it.
Sift before use
Triple-washing in a vinegar solution is all you can do at this point.

Thank you.
Does that preserve freshness, or?
BTW, why freeze flour?
Guess what?
Staple food stuff for many working Americans.
and about washing vegetables: use soap. yes. i know this sounds weird. do it. stores all over the world usually do not wash their shelves or baskets where the vegetables are in. the mold of entire years is on those veggies you buy. wash them with soap.

But salmonella is a thing everywhere.
Never store meat or fish above salad or other produce in the fridge so it doesn't drip on them. Clean and turn your chopping board over after
But the turnover is usually max. 2-3 days in the supermarket.
Overhere chickens after vaccinated against salmonella.
The chemical cleaning does leave the eggs vulnerable to other bacteria, as condensation on cold eggs doesn't help either.
I admit I'm stumped by flour in the freezer though. We probably use it fast enough to not let the weevils grow!
Really! I know lots of people are raising their own chickens for eggs but the majority of us are not/cannot. Why the fearmongering?
Why do you think it's expensive...? Beans are cheaper than meat everywhere!
Are you vegan? What would convince you?
But chickens from the west are fed more wheat and mixed grains, so they're kind of bluish pink, no yellow. It's a regional taste preference.
Washing eggs and freezing flour not so much, but probably good ideas too.
Particularly, since they are trying to kill us.
Think of all the nastiness you may have seen in precooked meat of any kind. Now, think of just throwing marinade on it.
