It's worth noticing that whenever there is a ruling in a Federal Court, the media prefaces the judge's nane with who they were appointed by. This is not helpful in the argument for separate branches of government. This was never before a "thing".

Thank god for black women, but damn I wish they didn’t always have to carry the heaviest load. Where is Sagan? Sotomayor? Even Amy Coney Barrett should care about the attacks on judges. (I’m under no delusion any of the men on the court even COULD care)
