Having worked elections in West TN for the past 4 elections, i cant see HOW they can be hacked, honestly. There is a very detailed process on how they are started up/shut down. They are NOT connected to the web. Each machine is independent of each other and prints out its own results.

Then the machines are locked with a special lock and taken, with an election official escort, to the main center where they are, again, verified. ANY hacking WOULD have to happen somewhere between Manufacturing and the delivery of the machines. UNLESS there was someone on the inside.

They already have sued Clark county and NYC. Maybe check out their data and charts. It’s impossible to win 6 swings with less than 50% of the vote.

Smart Elections, a different organization we work closely with, are the ones advancing a lawsuit in NYC. :)

For Clark, we have sent our findings to the NV Secretary of State and AG and are first trying to find a collaborative pathway forward. Lawsuits are being considered in several states.

I’m not in the U.S., so I rely on their website for info. Right now, it only mentions Clark County and no lawsuits. Especially with how unreliable the U.S. government is right now, both for its own people and the world, it’s crucial that they keep their site updated.

Well I’ve read their latest press release and they are further along than that. I believe it says 2 lawsuits. All 3 accounts are working on it. Not all
States are giving their election data. They are doing the best they can.
