A ruling out of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas granted the plaintiffs a preliminary injunction, blocking the U.S. Department of Treasury from enforcing the beneficial ownership information (BOI) reporting requirements under the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).
