I am not one who expects Bernie would have magically won.

But can you explain how observing that or military budget is bloated and wasteful is "brainwormed?"

Seriously, this has been the big problem with Bernie's entire approach to national politics for basically his entire career: an unswervable dedication to doing the right thing, packaged with a complete indifference to strategy or messaging that basically guarantees making zero headway
