Hey @playstation.com, why in the ever-loving fuck is Lost Soul Aside region-locked on Steam?

Why am I (or 130 other countries) not allowed to buy the game? Last I checked it had no PSN functionality at all, so there should be no restrictions for countries that don't have PSN support. What gives???
