They’re infected, and Cillian Murphy is clearly a skeleton in this trailer.

And the movie seems like it’s more about some kind of post apocalyptic death tribe threatening a surviving community.

The infected seem few and far between in this one. So they probably are starving & dying off.

Ah yeah good points - the skeleton of Cillian is interesting though because we are clearly meant to know/think it’s him. Could be a misdirect or the movie he is in could be a flashback?
