True Witcher game fans saw that Ciri was going to be the next prog from a mile away, you even play as her for a bit in Witcher 3, because it's what makes the most sense. Anyone whining about this is a fake fan and a poser.
Likely won't, TLOU series is a completely different genre of game. Its likely will be like how we have the side characters in the past Witcher games, mainly him just doing his own thing.
In an ideal world, yes. Geralt will be an NPC who is encountered on a quest still witching or has sustained an injury that prevents him from such but still alive.
BUT if they wanted to add a narrative/player drive for revenge, they could absolutely kill him off part way through, a la Vesemir,
I truly wanna when this takes place. Like are we gonna play as ciri as she's just starting as a fellow Witcher or we starting when she's settled into her career
For Geralt I wanna know if he's still alive in the game or we just gonna see him in flashbacks
Your retweeting your own posts really reeeeally makes it confusing following you and missing out on stuff that comes before the repost and the original

Either way, if CDPR can stick the landing, the game should be awesome regardless.

He will probably be a mentor NPC.
I'm joking now but watch this happen
