Both are equally bad about scraping data, and the CCP sells that data back to the US anyway because it's what generates revenue.
If they really wanted to, they could just... Buy the data already out there.

Like, if I actually wanted to clean up my privacy act:
Degoogle my phone, basically root and reinstall the thing. Stop using google and transition to DuckDuckGo.
Remake my socials with burner emails.
Route a majority of my traffic through tor. Reinstall windows with privacy aids. Or just go Linux.

These companies have abused the law to invade our privacy and spaces. It's genuinely horrific how much influence they have nowadays. Hell, most Windows PCs have Microsoft installed keyloggers. Like, wtf.
