I’ll stick to my steam deck. Superior in every way to nintendos crap consoles. Their game costs are a slap in the face to their customers. Fuck Nintendo.
I think its worth the price. It competes directly with the steam deck and rog ally. It's also the cheapest handheld running modern games. 4k docked 1080p handheld with HDR and Vsync. I would preorder it but I just bought the rog ally x like a month ago.
It tries to compete, but for about the price you can get a SteamDeck with an OLED screen, double the storage, free online play and access to the most expansive games library in the market.

nah, its not the orange fellow. It the yen that's down 34% since covid. That's why the console is cheaper in japan and only the japanese switch 2 is region locked to japan.
