Marcus Cinema does five dollar Tuesdays but that doesnβt increase business. Make 5 dollar Saturdays?
GIVE US A SHOW BB
Capitalism seems to destroy the US economy even more than I thought.
You're taking away income from the cinemas, so they need the advertising revenue to compensate
I know how a business works
I know theaters use snacks to make money
I know they need to sell for a profit
Im not some random kid
Im in my fucking 30s making a joke about the price of snacks
Im not asking or wanting a lesson in economics
Save it for maga that like tarrifs
Love, Cheryl
Gotcha.

Amend "Limit Trailers" to add "and start the movie no more than 10 minutes after advertised showtime." We timed one between ads & trailers to 35+ minutes. Walked out as it kept going & asked for my money back.
PS - I did not come to the movies to watch TV ads as that is TV.
Feels more like a deflection of the actual problems by a studio that doesn't want to face them, putting the blame on cinemas not themselves.
If anything youβll piss people off with that business strategy.
That being said I do agree people need to stay off their phones while watching cinema.
Pricing is out of control in Australia.
And with films getting longer and longer, adding 30 minutes of ads to the start is crazy.
Haven't been to a theater in years.
Don't miss it.
Also, I thought you guys called them commercials in America?
I used to go monthly to the movies and even if I was apprehensive I'd go on a Tuesday. Now I'm lucky if I go once a year.
THATS ALL I ASK.
PLEASE MOVIES...
Yall know what Iβm talking about
I know Iβm not alone in this.
These things donβt seem like things paramount should be concerned with
Matinee prices and weekend discounts sound awesome.
I once went to a 30 minute film there and they still showed 30 minutes of previews.
Everything else is a perfect suggestion
Last movie I saw it didnβt start until 30 minutes after lifted show time.
