B/c someone else tried to apply for my SS retirement benefit, I had to go in person to prove I was me & hadn’t applied. Later when I did want to start my benefit, I had to speak to a rep in person instead of using the on-line ap.

Only 1/2 as many employees would have hurt me several different ways.
