I guess I'm just caught up on how scummy it is that he wax poetic about how democracy was at stake in the last election (which for the record I think was true) and then immediately upon Harris' loss went back to his mansion and hasn't done anything to try to stop the slide into authoritarianism

Well, you’ve got a good point. We should hear all prominent Democrats - especially former Presidents - leading the charge against the descent into authoritarianism. They’ve rallied hundreds of millions to their cause in the past. We need them to speak out forcefully now to rally the resistance!
