This is a much longer conversation but I have to disagree because for me it did make me a little smaller and I'm really not out long enough to know if it's permanent however. By the way I have been in chastity for more than 4 years now. I'll explain more in Venus's Queens-Quarters.

Yes it does, I’ve downsized twice with my cage and reduced 1 inch. Apparently it is just muscle shrinkage and will recover with exercise. Only issue is that there is no room to exercise in my existing cage.

No. I don’t believe it does. Can you fit in smaller and smaller cages as time goes on? Yes. But I think that has more to do with getting use to the discomfort and better erection control.
When it comes off, there he is again.

My experience is no, I've been regularly caged for over 2 years usually with a weekly release of a few hours and during Locktober in it for the full month and there has been no noticeable shrinkage other than a temporary half inch when it's first unlocked. It'll be interesting to see how others fair

If anything it's temporary. Usually after 24 hours unlocked everything is back to "normal"size
