We had to Fedex a handful of our wedding invitations to Turkey to be distributed by my fiance's parents because we can't trust the Turkish postal service to receive and send them. It cost us $200.

For a lot less, we mailed >60 invitations domestically, to Ireland, the UK, and Switzerland via USPS.

For all the USPS's faults, Americans have to realize: It's one of the best postal services in the world, even after being kneecapped by DeJoy. Fight for our postal service, guys. I know I will. It is an essential public good.
