This is Death on the Mississipi from Hitman: Blood Money (my first time playing). It takes place entirely on a moving steam boat. The henchman on this map wear confederate hats and belts and have thick southern accents. The captain (your target) has a sweet tooth, so I hid a mine in this cake :)
