If I remember correctly there's a gadget you'll unlock later in the game as part of the story, until then those areas will be inaccessible

I think you're right. In all honesty I'm stuck in Asylum, City and Origins lol.. So I'm gonna end up starting Arkham Knight, and getting stuck there!
I took a 5 year break from gaming. I came back and now I suck lol!!

They can be a bit of a challenge but most things, outside of story missions, can be overcome by revisiting later on after progressing further in the story and unlocking more gadgets/upgrades.

The game unfortunately doesn't offer a helping hand by letting you know you can't do something just yet

I've played the Arkham games for years, and will admit there's challenges and puzzles I've never completed either due to not figuring it out or having the attention span to do it all 😂

I get that, I've resorted to a walk thru. I'm hopeless, again I'm a bad Batman! Next on to Arkham Knight...I gotta be better at that. In theory anyway!😁
