We are supposed to be able to use tribal IDs for (not all) legal things (sick so can't think of word). This letter highlights: 1. Vigilantes are intimidating people on behalf of ICE and 2. ICE can't tell the difference between North and South Indigenous people. It's almost like we both belong here
