$TSLA stock is extremely overvalued. Its market cap is as large as the next 16 largest automakers combined! It's a meme stock valued solely on psychological confidence. If that confidence is ever shaken, this thing could unwind in a very short period. Musk would get margin called and go down too.

Price per earning p/e is a very good indicator. Car companies usually have a p/e of about 5. Teslas p/e is 175! That's 35 times higher. That means the "true" Tesla stock price is 356/35 =$10 !
