FOIA request to the Consumer Product Safety Commission for all toy and baby safety standards. https://law.resource.org/pub/us/cfr/regulations.gov.foia/cpsc.gov.20241212.pdf CPSC will no doubt refuse us because babies don't have standing, only sitting.
