There is a very odd sect of people on here who ID as liberal but who are still somehow steadfast in their belief that only white college students have developed negative views of Israel. In reality, nearly 70% of Dem voters view Israel negatively and Black and Hispanic voters do so at a higher rate.

Brad Lander also lended support to Uncommitted when the DNC refused to allow a Palestinian-American five minutes to speak. On a fundamental level there's going to be a lot of people who, in the coming years, will be shocked to learn that Palestine is actually a pretty popular cause among liberals.

I was raised as an Israel supporting Evangelical Christian but my views on Israel plummeted in and around 2014 and have gotten progressively worse the more I learn about that place.
People don’t generally like war and chaos on the news because they know what it portends.
