There are two mantras that might help "I was going to feel like this regardless. This feeling is not proof I've actually been rejected in some way" (ok this is too long for a mantra)
I often try to remember that these feelings will pass but it's so hard to do when I'm in the midst of those feelings. I think I need it tattooing on my hand or something! I'm going to work on the proof I've not been rejected one. That's new to me & I like logic like that. Thank you for your reply 🙏
