I had plans to and then I just didn't feel like it. It was actually kinda nice to be like "oh actually none of this is pressing" - sure I could've gotten ahead, but eh, that's future me's problem 😂
I feel that way every time writing a paper. Social media is a dopamine depleter. Stopped X and gradually had more to give, cognition improved, easier to formulate complex thoughts. Hoping I won’t fall into the trap again😳
I’m sure it’s centered around internal issues of self-image and the expectations you have of yourself. This can be resolved by choosing a favorite cocktail and hugging one of your furry creatures. 😉
