follow up: university just okayed the 15.1 update. god willing i'll be able to use my new mouse today.

bought black magic mouse (hell yeah). new apple keyboard... sleek and black and silver (also hell yeah). both require os 15.1 for whatever reason. guess what software upgrade isn't allowed by my organization?
