It's going to be hard to evaluate improvement with a season like this.
I think he should get 4 years regardless, but mutterings about disconnects between coaches and players is troubling.

Unfortunately he’s an old school coach who doesn’t believe in NIL / wants big strong tough and nasty OL to run it down your throat. If you had him 6-7 years ago unreal but idk how he competes with the revolving door of coaches & players

Wisconsin's current 18 game win streak over Purdue is the longest any team has ever had over us, and the frustrating thing is that 14 of the games have been 10 points and 9 have been at least 20.
We basically only came close in 2004 (the first game and hte infamous fumble) and 2018 (Triple OT loss)
