I haven't been able to make both meshes compress each other at the same time. It's always one collision modifier overpowering the other.
Do these cloth simulations only apply to this specific pose, or can it be used for other animation/poses as well?
Sadly, there is always the possibility that the cloth settings will need to be tweaked if her pose gets really complicated.
