Good idea but there would still be a dramatic drop off in numbers because of the difficulty of accessing the support, getting exactly the right kind of photograph and doing the paperwork... And the SAVE Act impacts other voting rights too. We need to fight it in Congress and the Courts

Well yes of course we fight it. I'm just saying if the battle loses then we should set up help for women to be able to obtain passports. People can help with the applications, etc too. Hopefully it doesn't come to that, but we should have a plan in motion for if it does.

I think all women should see a lawyer about taking their maiden names back.
Maybe their husbands will be motivated to talk to their congresspeople about stupid laws.
