To change the Constitution you would need the approval from two-thirds of both the House and Senate, as well as ratification by three-fourths of the state legislatures. The odds are Trump will die by stroke/heart attack long before heβd ever take the oath for the 3rd time due to his obesity & diet.
I know Americans don't do irony, but every one of them (not a large sample) I ever discussed "Birthright Citizenship" with seemed to be very proud of that feature of the US Constitution.
Right. It'll never get the votes needed. Just grandstanding to an audience of 1 to get chosen to the cabinet when one of his initial picks inevitably resigns early
