Al Gore wanted to take the surplus from the Bill Clinton economy and only balanced budget in last 70 years and pay back Social Security what was "borrowed" but the SC gave the job to Bush who then took the surplus and gave the rich a tax break. Then sent US into an unpaid for war in Iraq.
